Terms for payment and booking of a boatspot in Breviks Fiskehamn Sydkoster

These conditions apply between the Port of Brevik and the person who books / pays the port fee himself or through another person. customer / payer is stated as "Customer" in the terms and conditions. The supplier is stated as "Brevik", "We" or "Breviks Fiskhamnsförening upa". The booking / payment applies to the rental of a boatspot in Breviks Fiskehamn, Sydkoster.

Booking and payment for private person

To book / pay the port fee on the website Brevik.kosterhamn.se, the customer must be at least 18 years old. To be able to make the payment of the port fee, a bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or Swish is required.

Booking of boatspot

The price includes rental of a boatspot, the booking fee and any (additional service) connection (incl. consumption) of electricity (6-16 amps).
Please note that all bookable spots are reserved 24 hours a day from 12:00 to 12:00, please respect the times.
Always state the actual size of your boat!If you block a boatspot other than the one you booked, you will also be liable for the blocked spot.

Booking and payment confirmation

Upon receipt of the confirmation, this must be checked, so that all information is correct. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the information on the booking confirmation is correct. Booking confirmation is sent via e-mail and as a text message (SMS). In the event of an error, the port staff must be contacted as soon as possible upon receipt of the confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival.

Right of withdrawal and Right of return

If the customer has paid the port fee and then regrets, the customer must contact the port via e-mail as soon as possible. Right of return and the right of withdrawal do not include already used boatspot or electricity. Complaints and errors of purchase must be presented to the ports staff as soon as possible.

Liability for property / damage

We are not responsible for forgotten items or damage caused by outsiders.

Other obligations and rules of procedure

• The customer / guests must take good care of the boatspot, the ports facility and follow the rules, instructions and regulations that apply.
• Between 23:00 and 06:00, the customer / guests must observe the utmost consideration and silence towards other guests.
• Think about the risk of fire, review your firefighting equipment.
• It is forbidden to BBQ or otherwise set up a fire in the port area. BBQ takes place in the designated place.
• Each electrical socket is at 6 amps. Which basically only means power for charging. Overdrafts risk knocking out all or parts of the ports electricity network, in the event of obvious misuse, we reserve the right to invoice the repair costs.
• The electrical sockets are individual. One socket per boat.
• Dogs must be kept on a leash and rested outside the port area.
• Environmental waste must be placed in an environmental station. Garbage must be placed in designated rubbish bins.
• Other waste must not be flushed or thrown in the port area.
• Payment of the port fee must be made to designated port staff or at Brevik.kosterhamn.se, this also applies to those who are only to stay during the day.

We are not responsible for damages or losses caused by outsiders.

Breach of contract

This is an agreement established between the customer and Breviks Fiskehamnsförening upa. The agreement ceases to apply with immediate effect if: • The conditions in this document are not met. • The customer / guests in the company behave disruptively in the port area. • The customer / guests in the company commit vandalism in the port area. If a breach of contract occurs, the customer / guests in the company must immediately move from the port area. In the event of destruction or disruptive behavior, damages may be claimed by the customer.

Force majeure

Case of war, natural disasters, strikes and other events that are considered to be force majeure, we can cancel the contract, the customer with the guests promptly be informed. In such cases, we are obliged to repay the amount paid, with the exception of the benefit that has been deducted from the service / stay.
